The Hartford Wanderers Rugby Football Club (HWRFC) is pleased to announce the return of the annual Hartford Wanderers Golf Classic.  This year’s event will be held Friday, August 20th at Goodwin Golf Course in Hartford Connecticut.

Registration begins at 11:00 am with a tee-off time at 12:30 pm.

The cost for this event is only $65* and includes: 18 holes of golf, riding cart, hotdog & beer lunch, HWRFC souvenir mug, beer & cigars on the course, and buffet dinner.

The buffet dinner (inc. free Ten Penny Ale and drink specials), awards presentation, and raffle will be held directly after golf from 6:30 – 9:00 pm at the Red Rock Tavern located at 369 Capital Ave in Hartford Connecticut.  

If you cannot join us for golf, please join us for the dinner at the Red Rock Tavern for only $25. 

The mode of play for the Wanderers Classic is a best-ball scramble (each player plays their own ball from the last best shot location). Plaques for winning foursome. 

To help us properly plan for this event, please pre-register.  Walk-ins are welcome and we will create foursomes if you do not register with one.
